In 1681, William Penn was given a charter to found Pennsylvania.
The Economy/Resources was grain, cattle, lumber, iron, rum, and fish. These were all things that Pennsylvania made money off of.
Geography- dense forests and rural areas. Waterways and Indian Foot Trails were primary routes. These usually went through forests, rivers, and mountainous areas. Good fertile land for crops
Religion- Any religion was allowed in Pennsylvania, it was freedom of religion. The Anglicans built the Christ Church which still exists today.
Government- Was a democracy.
